About Nicole Bradley
I help women 40+ who feel disconnected from who they are rediscover their identity, get clear on what they want next, and create a life that actually feels like theirs.
I know what it's like to stand at a crossroads and not recognise yourself. I've lived that transition — and I've come out the other side.
Beyond the Credentials
I understand what it's like to navigate life's big transitions — because I've lived them.
After 22 years in the Australian Army, serving across Australia, East Timor and the Middle East, I left the only identity I'd known. Walking away from that uniform was disorienting in ways I hadn't expected. I didn't know how to introduce myself without it. I didn't know who I was outside of it.
I was rebuilding — slowly — when something extraordinary happened.
In 2018, I was invited to trial for the Sydney Invictus Games. I said yes twice. And then I almost talked myself out of going.
Fear convinced me I was too overwhelmed, too anxious, too trapped by family logistics. The story I told myself was about my partner not knowing the kids' routines. But honestly? I was terrified of stepping into something unknown.
The second camp, I showed up anyway — shaking on the plane, barely holding it together.
That decision changed my life. I became co-captain of the Australian team. I competed alongside sporting heroes, interviewed royalty, and built friendships that endure today. All because I chose to act despite the fear.
What I know now — and what I bring to every EVOLVE client — is this: our hormones, our responsibilities, our deeply ingrained patterns all play a role in keeping us stuck. But transformation is possible with support, encouragement, and small courageous steps. You don't need to have it all figured out before you begin.
The most fulfilling life isn't the one that looks perfect on paper. It's the one that feels true to who you really are — built in pieces, among the everyday.

Why I Do This Work
I've lived enough life to know that transitions are hard. That redefining yourself takes courage. That admitting you want more doesn't make you ungrateful — it makes you human.
I've worked with people from all over the world, and I bring that broad experience into every session. But what drives me isn't credentials — it's what I've witnessed when women give themselves permission to reconnect with who they are.
The confidence that emerges. The clarity. The quiet joy of coming home to themselves.
That's what I want for you.

“Without Nicole I doubt I would be this far along the healing path. Our sessions help me understand my past, be in the present (even when it sucks) and visualise a future, embracing the uncertainty and mystery of life.”
